Aronia Berry Gut Bar Powder Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Aronia Berry Gut Bar Powder
- 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 ripe banana
- Handful of greens (spinach, kale, or mixed greens)
- 1 cup goat milk (or any milk of your choice)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the banana, and wash the strawberries and greens.
- In a blender, add the Aronia Berry Gut Bar Powder, strawberries, banana, and greens.
- Pour in the goat milk.
- If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if necessary.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more fruit or milk, if desired.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
